PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Situated on 40 acres of prime wine country property, this second-floor studio offers the ultimate getaway for two. Your loft-style carriage house suite is beautifully crafted with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, stylish furniture, and a rustic-chic decor in both suites. The suites are located apart from each other on different parts of the property.

Retreat to the private gazebo overlooking the well-manicured grounds. Unwind next to the fire pit to roast s’mores or sample local wine as the sun sets over the picturesque vineyards.

LIVING AREA

The cozy living area includes a chic sofa, 42” flat screen TV (in the Carriage House), a functional gas heater, and an electric fireplace with dimmable lights. An antique art deco cabinet holds all the tools and service ware needed to craft a cold beverage.

KITCHENETTE & DINING

The convenient kitchenette features a mini-fridge/freezer combination, a sink, and a Keurig coffee maker. Sip morning coffee at the dining table with seating for two.

BEDROOM & BATH

This studios comfortably sleeps two guests total. One full bathroom is stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

The bedroom features in each suite has a queen-size bed. The bathroom boasts a beautiful claw foot tub and unique vessel sink in the Carriage House. In the Tavern there is a beautiful stand in shower with subway tiles.
